Vintage small green metal hole punch, classic office desk accessory, some rust on edges

Vintage green metal hole punch in working order. Features plastic bottom to easily remove the little punched circles.

Punch measures 10 cm x 5 cm high.

In good working order, springs and parts work well. Some minor wear, green enamel has some small chips and rusty spots are coming through.
